Come CES 2018, LG has planned to expand its Gram series by introducing some interesting new laptops all powered by Intel’s 8th Generation Processors from the i5 and i7 range. Full internal specs about which exact processor in the family is the Korean giant planning to use is up for debate, there are, however, few things which are sure to sweeten the prospective deal already.

The new Gram laptops will be made from Nano Carbon Magnesium Alloy which would make the laptops durable and resistant to minor shock. They would be available and would be available in 3 display sizes namely 13.3 inches, 14 inches and 15.6 inches. The main USP of these devices is going to be their battery capacity. LG has used 72 Wh battery which LG claims will keep the devices up and run for more than 18 hours on a single charge. The devices will be based on Windows 10 with an SSD installed and an option for secondary SSD. LG has promised less than 10 seconds boot time in these devices. The audio is tuned to provide sound through 11.1 channels which will create a 1.5W hi-fi sound effect.
