Upcoming budget segment smartphones
This year we have seen a lot of good smartphones by Xiaomi. The company has made quite a name in the Asian market due to its great build quality and budget pricing. It was rumored that Xiaomi is preparing for the launch of Xiaomi Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 plus, but now it has been confirmed by the photo tweeted by the Director of Product Management Donovan Sung. However, this was only a tease, and not many details have been given related to the price and specs of the latest devices. But from the images, it is visible that the screen will be of the ratio 18:9 similar to the phones that have been Launched earlier this year. We can also see pretty slim bezels and very thin form factor.

Xiaomi is well known for quality at low prices, so we can expect both them to be priced relatively cheap. You can expect budget pricing range for both the devices. This year xiaomi has overtaken the market from Samsung with the 2 of its most popular models redmi 4 and redmi 4A, so we think that it won’t compromise with its reputation.
Specs for Redmi 5 :
Rumors suggest that it has the 5.7-inch display with 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded using a MicroSD card and 3gb of RAM. It may have 12 megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera and will also include a 3.5 mm audio jack for quality listening experience, a big thumbs up to Xiaomi for including this.
