On the Google Play Store often there are applications, to say the least, bizarre and one of these is the one that promises to provide users with 32 GB of memory to use to store their files.
The application, no longer available on the Google store, in the description was explained as a sort of 32 GB MicroSD card.
The description seems to be rather confusing but ended with a message that could convince the most naive users:
… this app gives you a 32GB sd memory card Free to use on your phone for more storage space.
To make it even riskier this application there were various reviews (no doubt false or, perhaps, ironic) that exalted their potential. It was not that difficult for the less experienced technology users to fall into the trap.
Fortunately, the app, published at this address, has been removed from the Google Play Store.
