From Canada comes a news to say the least curious: a company that deals with restructuring have a name and a logo virtually identical to those of a popular manufacturer of Android smartphones, namely OnePlus.
The small company in question, which is based in Markham (a suburb of Toronto), is called OnePlus Roofing and just a quick look at the following image to understand that the same as the Chinese manufacturer has not only the name:
The staff of Android Authority has contacted the owner of this company, who has commented on the affair claiming that the name and logo of his company are registered in Canada and that he was himself to create them, adding not to know OnePlus or its smartphones.
A “coincidence” to say the least strange. At this point, it will be interesting to find out if the smartphone maker decides to take action or if he will have no problems in having a “sister” company in Canada.
