WhatsApp to Stop Working on BlackBerry 10 OS, Windows Phone 8.0 on December 31

WhatsApp ended the year with a message which might not sound good for some smartphone users. In the message, WhatsApp stated, its app will stop working on smartphones running on Blackberry OS, Blackberry 10, and Windows Phone 8.0 and older from December 31, 2017.

Keep in mind; the messaging app had extended help for blackberry and Windows in June this year. At that moment, WhatsApp said that the app is going to stop working for phones running Nokia S40 should be stopped from December 31, 2018. The app is going to stop working on phones running Android 2.3.7, and older should be stopped from February 1, 2020. The messaging app started to be disconnected from Nokia Phones running Symbian S60, from June 30, 2017.
